ISR Decision Analyst
NEXTGEN ADVISORS LLC is seeking a highly motivated ISR Decision Analyst to deliver critical insights, innovation, and impact to senior clients across the defense and intelligence enterprise.
- National Capital Region (DC, MD, VA)
- Active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible minimum
- ORSA and defense-intelligence experience strongly preferred
TS / SCI eligible
An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is the minimum qualification for the role.
6+ or 8+ years
Master’s degree holders need 6+ years of relevant experience; bachelor’s degree holders need 8+ years.
Key responsibilities
Bring ORSA to real mission problems.
- Assess, analyze, and improve client operations using operations research and systems analysis.
- Identify areas for improvement and craft bespoke solutions to optimize performance and operational efficiency.
- Apply advanced analytics, innovation, and strong technical communication to complex client environments.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications
Built for experienced practitioners.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution in a related field, preferably STEM.
- Demonstrated consulting or analytical expertise in ORSA or a related discipline.
- Defense and intelligence sector experience is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, ethics, and attention to detail.
