1. Indicator & Scenario Workbench - Create and maintain warning scenarios, define measurable indicators, set thresholds, record assumptions, and maintain watchlists.

2. OSINT-to-Warning Pipeline - Ingest publicly available and customer-provided sources; extract entities/events; map events to indicators; maintain timelines and change detection.

3. Tradecraft-First Analytic Copilot - Generate draft warning notes with explicit assumptions, alternative hypotheses, and confidence statements; enforce source grounding and structured outputs.

4. Knowledge and Collaboration Layer - Curate indicators, prior products, and evolving judgments; enable retrieval across time and teams (the ‘virtual presence’ concept).

5. Governance, Evaluation, and Cybersecurity Controls - Model documentation, prompt/response logging, eval harnesses, drift monitoring, access controls, and AI cybersecurity risk management practices.
